The chosen virtual venue is Hopin, however, to ensure high quality streaming and recording of the session, Speakers will be called in using MS Teams and hosted via a software called vMix.

Speakers will receive the MS Teams link from the organizer. Please remember the computer setting during the rehearsal. 

Before speaking in or moderating

• Microsoft Teams app. It is recommended to use the application instead of the browser when calling in using MS Teams.
• Browser. If the MS Teams app is not available, speakers may call in using the updated Google Chrome browser. 
• Internet speed. 5Mbps download and upload speed. HD Group video calling (540p videos on 1080p screen)
• Audio. Test your audio (best practice is to use headphones; this eliminates echoes and background noise) and try not to move your device or rustle any papers while you are speaking.
• Video. Check your video; put camera at eye level (put books under computer if needed)
• Notifications. Silence any distracting notifications on computer & phone (Do Not Disturb), especially when you are sharing your screen, all notifications can be seen while you are presenting. 
• Back-up. You can use your mobile phone to call in and join the session. Please ensure that you use the landscape mode.
