Suleman A. Al-Bargan is the Vice President of Domestic Refining and NGL Fractionation in Saudi Aramco. He manages the domestic refining portfolio with a processing capacity of 2.8 million barrels per day. This includes 4 wholly owned refineries and 4 Joint Ventures. In addition to refining, Al-Bargan manages 1.9 million barrels per day of the kingdom’s NGL Fractionation capacity and 550 metric tons per year of Base Oil.
An Executive with over 30 years of operations, planning and international commercial oil marketing experience working for Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, with a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering. Worked in International Marketing sector in Supply Operations and Planning Departments then transferred as Manager Capital Projects Administration in Corporate Planning sector within KPC and was responsible for the Capital Investments and Studies in the oil sector.
Ebrahim Talib is the Deputy Chief Executive for Bapco, the national oil Company of Bahrain. Ebrahim is a Chemical Engineer who, over a span of his 30-year career, has had the privilege of working in The Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) in a number of positions that span from process engineering, operations, projects, refining operations, oil storage and export, power & utilities, process improvement, maintenance and marketing initiatives.
Shaikh Nawaf S. Al-Sabah was appointed Chief Executive Officer of KPC Holdings (Aruba) AEC, the international downstream subsidiary of State-owned Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (“KPC”), on 4 February 2019. Prior to this appointment, Shaikh Nawaf was Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (“KUFPEC”), the international upstream subsidiary of KPC, for six years. During that period, KUFPEC doubled its production and expanded into new geographies and technologies.
