As an energy professional how do you feel about this? Also, is it evident today, what new skills do you need to do your job?
At the peak of the pandemic, a lot of us were called in for multiple meetings with different stakeholders, priorities, and mandates. Did you have to deal with contractual obligations - availability of resources, deliverables, health and safety measures and project cancellations? Were there positives? Could you fast track schedules as an opportunity to do some tasks in parallel to shorten the project’s duration? What trends do you think are we likely to experience in the workforce, operations, supply chains, tax or trade?
